Returns Period
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the item. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately will not be able to process a return.
Arrange A Return
To arrange a return please fill in our contact form, providing us with the order number, delivery address and the reason for return.
For an item to be eligible to return it must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once we have received a return request, we will provide you with the return address.
Return Cost
We will cover the cost of return postage to us if the reason for return is due to our fault. Our faults include but are not limited to Damaged or Incorrect items(s).
If the return is due to a reason out of our control such as Change of mind, Unwanted gift, Minor paintwork defects or if the item is no longer required; the customer will be responsible for the return costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received the item back, we then aim to process the return within 48 hours. Once this is done the refund may take 5-7 days to appear back on your original payment method.
Mystery Products
Due to the nature of the product items such as Mystery Boxes are not eligible to be returned.
Original Postage Costs
We will refund the cost of postage if the reason for return is due to our fault. Our faults include but are not limited to Damaged or Incorrect items(s).
